I voted Pixar, but I sure considered it a hard choice.

27 so far and it seems we have a clear trend here wouldn't you say so
I must say that I am both pleased and surprised that everybody goes for Pixar.

This thread shouldn't die too soon. I'm sure there are many more people out there that have a preference for one studio or another ...

Default Dreamworks.

I'm not suprised that I'm the only person who picked Dreamworks. I have disliked most of the Pixar films that I have seen and I haven't bothered to see some of the other films from other CGI studios, like the first Ice Age.

As of now, THIS

As of recent Dreamworks movies, the only one that I enjoyed as much as any other Pixar flick was Kung Fu Panda.

Kind of obvious.

Though DreamWorks has been doing some good stuff (and some crap too) recently. We enjoyed Monsters vs Aliens, Kung Fu Panda, and How to Train your Dragon.

My whole family is geeked for Kung Fu Panda 2.

In terms of animation quality, Pixar is unmatched (although I hear ILM is very good, with Rango being its first foray into the medium). In terms of storytelling, I also favor Pixar, but I can see how people—okay, one person—might find Dreamworks more appealing.

Pixar for me. There isn't a single one of their movies I haven't liked.

With the release of Avatar does WETA Digital sort of count in this category now. I guess it might be a little different since mo-cap was involved.

Thumbs up Why are these not on Blu yet?

[Show spoiler]

Dreamworks have had good ones, just not well known and acclaimed as the Pixar films. I think these would all look great on Blu!
