No doubt $15 is a deal! I missed out on the 10.99 deal Tower.com had. They wouldn't take my CC for some reason and by the time I made a Google-Checkout account the price had changed back to normal price $10.99 is what I call a STEAL of a deal

What I ment was cheaper everyday prices at stores like Best Buy and Circuit City since these are smaller there is less weight and bulk = cheaper shipping and more room on shelves.. Even a dollar less would be better.

Hopefully this year! MGM needs to release more content and Halloween is right around the corner! Jeepers Creepers is a fun movie. I would import it but I remember reading bad reviews on the PQ. I'm hoping MGM brings out a better version

The bulkier case is still nice. I am just wndering how they managed to fit 5 disks into such a slim case?

A nice thing about the thicker case is ... it's likely been replaced by this new case making it perhaps more collectable.

I'm curious about how the discs get along in the smaller case.

But... I like it... Looks like a regular Case which is nice.

I bought the new balde runner slimmer 5-disc edition from amazon.com about 17$ when it was on sale couple months ago. Pretty good deal i think .

The discs are in the case like in the Godfather collection.

can someone please post a pic of the inside of these slim multidisc cases? I'm curious to see how they did it.

Blade Runner or Smallville would be fine (both are 5 discs right?)

Also, is Prison Break 3 in a PS3 type case?

I bet it will have two disc on each side of the case overlapping and then a floating disc on the hinged plate in the middle.

I like the thinner case only because it turns the original case into an instant collector's item. It's not the "bulky" case, it's the “Limited First Pressing Foil Collector's Case™” now!

I might be mistaken about this (and I'm not at home to check my copy) but didn't the original release come with a multipage booklet? If so, I wonder how it could fit inside the smaller case, or whether WB just got rid of it altogether.

I was just at home for lunch, wish I would have checked. If it did I never looked at the thing.

Seriously. It's already a steal at current prices. Why would anyone need a price reduction?

And I guess I'm in the minority, but I prefer the thicker case. This set deserves to stand out on the shelf.

I'm home now. There is a slim booklet detailing each version.

I saw the slim version at Best Buy today. It was practically bursting. Although I'm very tempted to pick it up (for the space difference), it seemed too tight for me. I want to see what the inside looks like first.

I prefer the original thin case. When I bought the UK releases of I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and Kanye West's Late Orchestration concert, they came in a thicker style case. I had already bought some empty Blu-Ray cases so I switched them over.

You're talking about the thicker UK cases. This is a completely different situation.

And the original wasn't thin. it was thick. lol. keep up

I'm talking about the original Blu-Ray cases, which are thin.

Well,

I can't tell what your taking about. Standard "thin" cases don't generally hold 5 discs and a booklet.

??

Yeah, perhaps the OP should open the case and take a picture.
