Blu-ray is expensive - I've pretty much restricted buys to movies that I'll enjoy watching again.

Not too many comedies in that league. Or at least, eye candy extravaganzas outnumber them about 10-1.

I'd say Transformers.

No. Its not very good. Just Americans trying to bank on the success of Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead by casting Simon Pegg and a few of his buddies. Not at all funny.

I'd recommend The Thing for horror, Walk Hard for comedy, or Live Free or Die Hard for action.
