I will take a look at the US edition specs and special features and compare it to the UK steelbook edition and see which I think is worth the price. Is the US one is much cheaper and has most the same features, I will get that one. Otherwise, I will get the steelbook.

Zodiac looks amazing on Bluray - I just got my import from Xploitedcinema.com last week.

That is one BD I definitely could not wait to get and the special features are phenomenal

I highly doubt Sweeney will be at $20, it is a high profile movie - I'm sure it'll start high 20's.

Correct! Geonosis has already stated a $39.99 MSRP. Expect to see it for $27.95 on Amazon.

It will be rather interesting to see what kind of discounting retailers do this Fall/Christmas.

Yes! I've been waiting for this forever. One of my favorite movies of last year. Truly exceptional stuff. I'll be picking this up when it hits.

Question, though. I couldn't help but notice Genosis mention Zodiac. Could you clarify? Along with Sweeney Todd, these are some of the last movies from 2007 I'll be picking up (Still need Transformers and Stardust). I am incredibly excited for this upcoming announcement, because this kind of seals 2007 for me. I already have the rest my favorites from last year. Just a few more to go. For starters, will the Blu-Ray edition of Zodiac come equipped with the Director's Cut right from the get go? I'll still pick it up even if it doesn't, but I would like to save money if I could.

If you got anymore news for us, don't hold back. Thanks for the info.

Paramount released the Director's Cut of "Zodiac" on Blu-ray last year. The "theatrical" version has not yet been released on HDM... so I'd expect the DC only...

They released the DC already? I'm sure you meant in other regions, and HDM being HD Market. Sorry, your post just threw me off a little. That's good news if it is the Director's Cut, though. Thanks for the help.

I'm hearing a September 9th Blu-ray release date for Zodiac, but I could be wrong.

Paramount released "Zodiac: Director's Cut" on HD DVD last year. Read HERE for a review.

So far, Paramount has YET to release the "Theatrical" version on any form of Hi-Def Media (AKA, HDM... meaning Blu-ray and HD DVD).
