Ahh sucks. Almost had me buying my first import. Why do they region lock these catalog releases to begin with? Doesn't it mean less money for them?

Kinowelt was bought out by French Studio Studio Canal----> Studio Canal also own French Studio TFI------> SC like to Region Lock their Movies hence why Kinowelt and TFI are locked.

I second this. I have no problem sitting on it till a region A comes out so I can just switch out the discs.

Personally, I don't get it either. However,as far as I know this is the first BD of Fight Club appearing anywhere in the world, including the USA. I would think that may have something to do with it.

Don't forget also that in some countries uncut versions are banned by governments and illegal to import.

It still sucks though. I might have been tempted into my second Steelbook order.

I really want this but it's region locked.... thats dumb. I might buy it, then change out the discs once its released in the U.S., but who will buy just the disc of region B fight club?

TDK is only due December 22 in Germany.
I'm awaiting my BB/TDK bundle.
