I watched nightmare before Christmas last month, first time i've seen it since I watched it in the theater nearly 15 years ago. It was amazing, I would love to see some more stuff like this.

I want that as well....really wish they would put out on blu

I'll be picking up Pirates band of misfits along with paranormal when it is released.... any other great stop-motion blu's someone can recommend? I have quite a few but i'm sure i'm missing some.
What I have:

1. Nightmare before christmas
2. Coraline
3. Fantastic Mr. Fox
4. Corpse Bride
5. Animation Express
I will be picking up both Pirates band of misfits and Paranorman when it is released.

This is great....I remember this film it was a great blend of live action and stop motion animation! Thanks I'll definitely be picking this one up along with Mary and Max

7th Voyage of Sinbad is a real treat on blu, and has some of Harryhausen's best creatures and creations.

Don't forget about the stuff by Rankin/Bass Productions either. I believe these would be considered the more well known...

Is the Pirates Band of Misfits movie out on Blu-ray yet? I bet that'll look good. I have to rent that when it comes out because it's one of the few movies I didn't see in theaters that I -wanted- to see lol.
