OP, I don't know any but I know a few guys at work that have played every game (or very nearly) that's been released in the past 7 or 8 years, and I'll be sure and ask them when I get back.

I think a problem with this thread (or just a problem with me) is it seemed the OP was asking for which game had blood on the controller, as if he knew there was one, but couldn't remember.

Now, after re-reading it, it appears the OP is just asking if it's ever been done, which is entirely different.

I can't tell you guys why, but do you remember a game (going back to SNES) that had monkeys riding around on rhinos?

I like a lot of the random pics that are showing up in this thread, but I guess I should clarify some. I'm looking for either an in-game or in-manual pic of a controller for any console in the PlayStation family.

I know it may not be helpful but I do know there is at least one game that had it like that in the book. Usually if the book has a them or artwork in the background through out the book, it will leave the first few pages blank where they show the ps console and controller but I do know I've seen it before where it was on there. But like I said I can't remember at all what the game was.

Yeah, you were right.

As for the LBP idea - there is a "Red Splat" sticker (looks like a paintball hit and dripped down) - I've seen it used as blood in LBP levels (works really well).
