Just found this in the rules (see below). Why are Florida and New York not allowed in the contest?

"ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is (1) open to legal residents in the contiguous 46 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who have Internet access; (2) void in Florida, New York, Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited or restricted by law; and..."

I wonder how many contestants are participating. Not everyone keeps up with Warner Bros. or high-end technology so IMO, everyone's chances of winning something is higher than you think.
