When an update is on thursdays , they dont typically update til like 3 or 4pm eastern ....

ok..so how much is this game? And if i download it to my ps3 and decide to change my hard drive next month...will i lose the game or will it go with the back up?

All is good once you buy a game its added to your download list you can redownload it from that list, you can access the list from the store it shows everything you have purchased and or downloaded.
