If New Line employs the same effort with Dumb and Dumber then they will have lost revenue on two films I was going to get. Blu means superior sight and sound and DNR just ruins it as does Egde enhancement. Why they feel they need to do this is beyond me. Maybe they should have asked. I'm sure anybody really concerned with picture quality will pass this one up.

Personally, I think those screenshots from the Blu-Ray are way too dark, and the greens in that shot of Jim as the Mask looks extremely over-saturated. For anyone who actually has this, and watches it on a HDTV, does the picture deliver or not?

It is possible that the image is soft due to when the film was made and the amount of cgi that was used? I haven't seen this film theatrically, but saw it on a hdtv channel and it looked significantly better then the dvd I had seen.
