You are awesome! I have always hated those flaps too but didn't know what to do about it. I didn't want to rip it off (I'm just crazy that way).

I totally love those cases more than the Warner ones. If I could substantiate paying to replace them I would, but I can't bring myself to pay to do that.

Useless? Maybe to those without kids. To me it's the one thing that gives me some comfort when the kids want to hold the case for Wall-E or any other movie that was that tab. I may be alone here but I couldn't even dream of ripping it off no matter what. Then again I also keep the tabs on the DVD cases and keep the stickers that "seal" the case (putting them on the back side of the case.)
