I know.... I'm saying that putting foam plugs into the port is often an easier solution than putting foam behind them.

Honestly, since it's not a point of reflection, I don't see too much of a benefit, but I know many people do it.

I'd focus my attentions on the side and rear walls though.

the only problem you could have is focusing from the skillings, a little bit of drapery on them will sort that out. The rest of the room doesnt lend inself well to treatment, so make the best of what you have and use curtains as someone suggested and save yourself some money!
