Anyone here bought The Truman Show? It's one of my guilty pleasures I am wondering what it look's like in BD? I am very tempted in buying it.

Your wife is a ghost?!
Truman Show was so good. The scene where he draws a circle around himself on the mirror gets me every time
Tommy Boy was probably the best movie Chris Farley was ever in. Black Sheep tried but it was just Tommy Boy lite imo.

Seriously though, that is one of my favorite lines from the movie. There are so many. Matthew Perry is hilarious too. "We are no different except, of course, for our rank in society and in this company"

If I remember correctly, aren't you a pilot, C06?

Not many people have sigs like that, Luke. Just him and Sonny are the ones that come to mind.

Donate? And he really does own all those Corvettes in his picture!

HA HA, yes it's called addiction my friend. Every time I think I'm set, I see new plasmas come out that I want to replace the others with. I would love to have all 850's from Panasonic now.

Good memory, yes I've been on medical leave from the airline and don't plan on going back anytime soon. The one thing I did learn in life, is that work is highly overrated. ha ha

I have not seen many posts from Sonny lately and I'm sad to say I sold all 3 Vettes and the Ford GT500, bought 2 normal rides and hoping to pick up a ZR1 Vette in the spring.

Anyone know if this $10 rebate is available in Canada too? Won't hesitate to double dip if it is.

Well to bad BJ's is a east coast only wholesale club or else I would run out and get The Truman Show, Tommy Boy, and Days Of Thunder. I live in Cali. I'll just have to get these off amazon.com with free super saving shipping and no tax. Hopefully amazon sends the rebates for each movie.

Me too. I am reading his bio "The Chris Farley Show" right now and it hurts to think of how much brilliant stuff from him we missed out on. I had no idea he was the original voice of Shrek.

Default Rebate Issues RECEIPT Dated DEC, 16, 2008

First the receipt must be dated at the earliest DEC 16, 2008, so everyone who purchased before that date your REBATE is NOT VALID. SORRY

And, you must have the DVD to clip the proof-of-purchase tab.

I really would have liked to hear the recordings he did for Shrek. I wish Pixar would release the audio.
R.I.P Chris Farley, he was (& still is to me) the greatest comedic actor ever. Tommy Boy is my favourite comedy and I hope to see Beverly Hills Ninja come out soon as well.

Shrek is not Pixar. it's Dreamworks.

I'm up for an Event Horizon Purchase too!

Thought of that when I was buying and since I go to BJ's a few times a week, I will just get them to re ring them on or after release day.
