Actually its only Warner movies, and really not that many....definitely not a lot as you put it.
At least two movies were released on BD first from Warner in the past before hd dvd.

When you compare all the titles not available on hd dvd from Sony, Disney, Fox, Lions Gate ect...Warners trying to play the great equalizer will not be enough to stop the BD onslaught.

Warner claims to be waiting for BDJ on BD...but I believe their trying to keep hd dvd afloat...especially after their releasing The Matrix on the same day as POTC.
Soon enough they will be trying to push THD discs down our throat....with the BD side being crippled down to hd dvd's inferior standards.

IMO... THD will fail big time...no matter what movies are issued on it.

What brings you to this conclusion? Both formats aren't proven and it's too soon to tell which will succeed. Is there something about Blu-ray you would like to share?

I'm interested in BD-J to see Blu-ray succeed and I'm counting on it.

Blu-ray is winning because it have surpassed hd dvd.
hd dvd was first to marked. In 2006 IT DOES NOT OUTSOLD Blu-ray it outsold nothing because BD was not here.

Also see the support for both formats and the availability and you will see why Blu-ray is winning...

Oh, I'm so sorry Leone, I did not realize that independant thought was frowned upon on this message board. I guess in order to be on a Blu Ray site, I have to 100% comply with all your beliefs and those of Blu Ray, and state that Blu Ray is the best at everything and has won the war and that anybody who thinks otherwise is a complete uneducated moron.

No thanks, I can form my own opinions and will continue to do so, and still watch both formats from the comfort of my living room, while posting on this board and HD DVD forums.

Blu-ray has been available in the US since late June of 2006.

Blu Ray was not there in 2006? Im sorry, Blu Ray came out about 2 or 3 months after HD DVD. So it WAS there. You are falling into the same trap, and using whatever charts and comparisons can be made to support your format and sales figures to proclaim "MY FORMAT IS THE WINNER!"

Yes Blu Ray is winning at the moment, and that can change at any moment. Maybe it wont, but again, my point is, its still early. Just like HD DVD was proclaimed the winner in some circles late last year because they outsold BluRay in players AND in titles, and the PS3 had a hugely dissapointing launch. They were a little premature to proclaim anything.

Also, dont tell me that Sony has shipped 6 Million PS3's and 100,000 copies of Casino Royale. Who cares how many they shipped? How many have they actually SOLD?? Not 6 million PS3's and NOT 100,000 copies of Casino Royale (try 28,000). A HUGE difference between shipped and sold. See thru the bull that both sides put out. I ain't heard the fat lady yet.

LOL, it's funny how so many people start to argue and can't agree with each other. Right now I've got like ~80% of a good answer, the other 20% isn't sure on who to agree with.

But thanks anyways, people.
