I don't get the Firefly love. Only lasted one season, and I thought it was a letdown considering it was from Whedon, creator of Buffy and Angel. I know there are fans, but it's one of those things I don't "get" like the abundant love of all that is Star Trek. I do like some Trek stuff, but...

Dexter is number 1. Watch this.
Arrested Development -You'll for sure love this - no doubt.
How I Met Your Mother
The Unit - Special Ops Show. One of the best shows on TV.
Scrubs - Starting at season 1, 1 and 2 are best IMO.
The Office for sure. Takes the first couple episodes to get into it but after that its awesome.
House is good too.

Six Feet Under is the best show that I have ever had the pleasure of watching. I can't recommend it highly enough. Some others to consider would be Tru Blood, Dexter, Californication, the Venture Brothers and Rome.

If a show can make me laugh out loud then I recommend it.

The Big Bang Theory is great. The actor who plays Sheldon should get an emmy nomination. Best supporting actor since Niles Crane on "Frasier".

Two and a Half Men.

Chuck.

Reaper when it comes back on. For the Twilight fans....Dr. Cullen is going
to play Jesus on Reaper.

If you enjoy Prison Break, I recommend the following. These shows ran 2-3 seasons and in my opinion were better than 95% of the "good" movies to hit theaters. Directing, writing, production values, costumes, sets and acting. And the DVDs look damn good upscaled.

1. Deadwood
2. Jericho
3. Rome
4. Carnivale

As far as current shows...LOST....probably the best show in the history of broadcast TV.

24 is escellent as well.

Based on your type of favorite TV's, I would go with The Office and maybe Fringe...LOST would be a very good choice as well.

I loathed how they did Dr. Cullen in the movie. Reaper had an interesting idea and a good budget. Couldn't get into the characters.

How is American Dad? I've watched all of The Simpsons episodes through season 17, finishing up season 6 of Family Guy and am looking for another show to watch.
