Blood & Chocolate is a Were Wolf or Lycan movie.

I highly recommend both Underworld Movies. The first Lost Boys, Interview with a Vampire, 30 Days of Night and if it ever comes out on Blu Ray, Queen of the Damned.

Blade?? Am I alone here.... and after reading the Twilight books I'll pass on the movie, no way will it not look like a B movie special effect disaster.

Here's hoping Blade comes to Blu soon. Well, the first two. They can keep the third movie.

To buy... no. Rent or download? Maybe. And its about werewolves not vampires.

I just want Blade, Interview With A Vampire (a better quality version), and Let The Right One In.

I was blown away by the PQ/AQ of this release.

It is really well done in both departments and makes it a must own for fans of that type of film. I give it 4.5 PQ and 4.5 AQ. I was very impressed. I am also quite picky.

Salma Hayek is enough reason to buy it.

These are the vampire movies on blu-ray that I know of. Some just have vampires in them but aren't the focus of the movie.

30 Days of Night
BloodRayne 1 & 2 (imports)
Bram Stoker's Dracula
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (part of the movie but not the focus)
The Lost Boys 1 & 2
From Dusk Till Dawn
Night Watch/Day Watch (part of the movie but not the focus)
Perfect Creature (import)
Ultraviolet (more vampire-like than vampire though)
Underworld 1 & 2
Interview with a Vampire (I don't own this one)

Out of the ones I have (all of the above except Interview with a Vampire), I'd recommend 30 Days of Night, Dracula and Lost Boys if you're looking for a more traditional type vampire movie. 30 Days of Night offers a fresh take on the genre (imo) that works really well. The Underworld movies are great but feel a little more like an action movie than a vampire/horror movie (to me anyway). Lost Boys is more traditional but it's also pretty funny (adds more humor than most of them). So, it kind of depends on what you're looking for.

Wow I'm shocked that no one has seen our will give credit to a classic that got lost in the shuffle when it was release along side Lost Boys. Please people you owe it to yourself to check this film out- GO SEE NEAR DARK!

+1 The third one was stupid. The head vampire didn't look legendary enough and was a coward. It looked like your average good guy vs. bad guy movie
