160gb PS3

I had an old friend call me and ask me if I wanted a new PS3 for $200. (He said he has 16 of them -- I don't know how he acquired them, and I probably don't want to know ) I asked him which model and he said the 160 gb. I told him they didn't make a 160, only an 80, 60, or 40 gig model. Anyway, I did a little research and sure enough, Sony unveiled the 160 gig model in October. I don't think they're in stores yet because the only thing CC and Best Buy are selling is the 80 gig model. Anyhow, I digress...

I thought about it and told him no because I already have stand alone BD player, and a Nintendo Wii. I'm not much of a gamer anyhow so I don't think I'd get much use from the game system portion of the PS3. Also, I don't know the legalities of these machines, and if I bought one, if I could get in trouble if something does go down with him.

So, what do you guys think? I am a fool for not picking this up for $200?
