Let's hope you are correct. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

BTW, when you signed up for this forum, in the small print it said that you have to buy everyone here a BD of their choice if you post incorrect information. Just joking.

Stick around. Get to know some folks, and we'll see if this comes to pass.

Frank Miller (Sin City) originally wrote 300 for the comics medium. I don't think he was going for accuracy as much as originality and maybe a little provocation.

Surprised that Fox would release Aliens prior to the first. Would love to see Lake Placid though. Funniest monster movie ever! That's one I feared we might never see, or at least not for a long time. Thanks for getting my hopes up.

Sheriff: "I never heard of a crocodile crossing an ocean."
Hector: "Well, they conceal information like that in books."

Absolutely! This was a total surprise for me. I acually had to watch it at work; at first I thought 'oh no, another cheap horror flick', but I ended up really enjoying it. I will definitely be adding this to my collection

P.s.: The only other monster movie I really liked was 'Arach Atack'. I hope it will be on blu-ray as well.

Where did you find out about those?

I should probably go to a FYE. I used to go to Sam Goody every week and pre-order things that hadn't been publicly announced. I'd walk in and they would give me a list of everything for like the next 4-6 months, or something obnoxious like that.

Yes, but I thought the original name was way better. They changed it for actual events (Americans invading Iraq) because it sounded like 'Irak attack'. So much for politcal correctness

They are being released in the UK that week and are already available for pre-order. I can not imagine the UK getting these releases before the USA.

Kill Bill I&II and Pulp Fiction have got firm release dates in Europe, that date is the third of September. I bet that come June, Buena Vista is going to announce those titles for the 4th of September in the US (European release weeks start on Mondays and US on Tuesdays).

Edit: Sorry beatboy77, I only read the first page and missed your posts.
