pretty nifty idea... av123 offers a discount if you include your home as a demo area for their speakers.. ( you can search by city for registered members that own the sub/speaker you are interested in )

I would consider offering people the opportunity to come for a listen after I move and get things built and in order. Unless things change hopefully that may take place late this year and would probably still be in Eastern PA.

It would be fun to visit your house. Folks can enjoy a Blu-ray movie at your home and then spend the weekend at Disneyland.

About 10 years ago, I planned trips to Orlando for several years in a row thanks to frequent flyer miles. I used to cash in my miles and head to Orlando for a Disney World vacation. This was the next best trip IMO after the airline dropped Maui from their program. The job I have now requires no travel.

I'm about 20 minutes away from disney... and actually going to take my 3 year old son there for the first time next month

it would be cool to get input from someone that hears my setup live

( although I can sense an upgrade coming soon...emotiva's/paradigm setup )

seriously though,i think this is a cool concept, the whole bd/hd/ht community getting together, but i dont think i would feel comfotable with some stranger i met of the internet comming to my house to check out a bunch of gear i spent alot of my money on
