If Virgin AND Fnac have it in stores, my guess is that it's a national thing.

Although, with the release of The Dark Knight, I saw both the SteelBook and the slipcovered amaray case sold for the same price in stores. So you can never be too careful.

Amazon.fr might also just be using a stock photo they haven't updated.

Can someone recommend a reputable online vendor from which I can order this from? They will need to ship to New York.

I could not find it on amazon.fr (they have it on BD, but it looks like a regular case.).

I know this movie is a dud, but the steelbook case artwork is irresistible.

That's where you're mistaken. This isn't released by TF1 Vidéo but by StudioCanal.
Now the only movie I own edited by them is Terminator 2: disc 1 (theatrical version) is Region B but disc 2 (director's cut) is Regions AB.

So it's kinda hit and miss.

If you can wait until Thursday, I'll let you know what it says.

God that steelbook looks AWESOME!! I cant wait for some real pics of it. Might have to purchase it and swap discs. I LOOOVEE that cover art. And on steel makes it all the better.. hopefully that site will work.
