Yeah definitely that was the main cause. After all the drugs he had several plastic surgery procedures done too apparently, few of which actually went well. It's a shame for him, no doubt he looks back to 9 1/2 Weeks and wishes he could still look in the mirror and see this:

That's true, there are a bunch. I have no idea myself, just going off what they said. My girlfriend did say the Russian in Indy 4 was atrocious and that the subtitles in Rocknrolla were completely different than what was actually being said.
