It is a low budget film, but very well made. Entertaining for sure.

Actually I have...several times. I forgot about that one. You're right, it's good, but I still think Dog Soldiers is better.

a rural village with no help and hordes of vampires coming for you--

Gary Busey is completely terrifying!!!

Silver Bullet is a fun movie as well-- no classic but good times...

i don't think it over came out there was meant to be a follow up where the other group of soilders who were part of the war games find the guy from the first one , they think he's crazy but they also get attacked by werewolves and end up going up against SAS werewolves or something

Damn! This movie scared me to death when I was younger! Something about those slender creepy things that just creeped me out!! Will get this eventually...

Love your username, lol. 'Dead Hate the Living' is so awesome in such a bad way. No chance we'll ever see that on Blu though

All are freaking tops though.

Too bad Neil Marshall really lost his way with 'Doomsday', what a stinking turd that movie was. Oh well, no one's perfect.

Hehe saw it when I was 12 I think (18 now).. Havent seen it in years and dont know how well it looks today - just thought it was a great scary movie!

You missed out on alot of classic and so-bad-it's-good horror movies in the '08s, but I feel old because me and Freddy Kruger from NOES turn 25 this year

Believe me im catching up! I am a fan of the original Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Halloween, and new movies like [REC]! Dont take me for one of those boobs n' tenns fans

Usually dont like them because they have NO atmosphere or ``heart´´ put into the films...

EDIT: Oh don't forget 28 Days Later! Love that movie to death!

How can you compare the 2 movies??? One deals with werewolves and the other mutated underground creatures. I thought Dog Soldiers was very well done considering the did'nt use CGI. The werewolves they used were guys in costumes. I thought it was impressive.
