This goes without saying.... Blade Runner. The most stunning amount of just pure gold shoved onto 5 discs and sold for the price of 1

Sleeping Beauty - I love the CineExplore mode but it's really all of the stuff on the second disk that makes it so special. Deleted sequences, songs, a really comprehensive making of documentary, the four artists paint a tree piece (my favorite!) - and that's not even mentioning the inclusion of the Grand Canyon short film on the first disk.

Hours of stuff to explore.

Not really into commentaries, or documentaries, or PiP, or trailers for that matter.

WALL-E would probably be my favorite for the BURN-E extra.
I still haven't inserted the Disc 2 from WALL-E so I don't even know what's on it.

i was actually quite impressed with the extras on Zack and Miri make a porno.
42 deleted scenes, comic con sit down, webisodes, making of, outakes..
and the seth/justin improv session was hilarious

+1 for POC3...it took me a whole day to watch all that cool stuff. I love the "making of" on all discs though.

LOST has a lot of good bonus material as well.
