I think I read that he is done with it and has shown it at some event. As to when he will release it I don't know but the theatrical cut has been out for almost a year (on home video).

Argh, makes me hesitate which one to get. XD

And for the Director's Cut, wiki goes as far as that fans made a petition
to motivate Stallone to actually finish it or something.
If that means he's only half working on it or that he's actually working on it now, I don't know.
But I guess it would eventually come, probably to make a nice special edition for a new BD-release.
At least, that's what we want right? :P

It's kind of strange to have all these different specifications again.
But I guess that would have to do with the compressions and video-sizes...
