For me it would be Killzone 2 followed by MGS4.

MGS4 and... I really liked the graphic style of Prince of Perisia... the landscapes and characters designs are stunning...

Besides the obvious ones that people have been saying (KZ2, Uncharted), I found Dead Space to look great. Great atmosphere and some of the best lighting I've seen.

haven't played KZ2 yet...but

Uncharted > Resistance 2 > Heavenly Sword > MGS4...

MGS4 had good graphics, but nowhere near Unchartered for me...just my opinion. can't wait to see KZ2
