Why is the member 'JesterKeeters' banned?

I didn't know where to post this.

Around 3-4 weeks ago, I sent this guy $30 for the Ultimate Matrix Collection. Well, it hasn't shown up yet so I go to PM him and I see that he's banned from the site. I thought he was safe to go with as he had 2 positive feedback on his Blu-ray.com profile. Did he screw a bunch of people or what?

Wow I fast read all the posts in that thread and it's better than some shows with twists and stuff. But I did not get it all, is the guy a scammer or not ? I mean some say they got their packages. Anyway next time be careful fellow bluraydotcommers.

Anyways at this point I'd say to bd.com to be careful that he does not just open another account and start all over. You should have his IP or something, not sure how that works.

This is why I'm glad to be a bit paranoiac. It's an inner safeguard. I mean I remember the first time I bought from Amazon.com which is totally reputable It was a small purchase and I was like nervous and stuff. After that It's only been Amazon since it all went well. (Not saying other reputable sources are bad but with my paranoia, don't wanna go again through the being nervous process of the first purchase)

I never buy from Ebay or the likes cause I fear exactly what happened here. Also I don't have a credit card and don't want one cause as I understand it, once you purchase with it, they have your number so they can 6 months later scam you. (not saying they will, just my safe paranoia).

We do and if he does, it will be handled. I highly doubt anyone will send him anything cuz if someone says they are keith Robertson that should grabs someones attention.

Heck another member named jester signed up and a member pmed me making sure he wasnt the same guy, so people keep an eye out for each other

THey have been contacting the DA in AZ to get action

As an FYI, I got a letter today from the Tucson Arizona District Attorney, Karen Christensen. The letter states that "We are in the process of contacting the company to request a response/ When the response is received, we will send a copy of it to you."

It goes on to say that it might take a while it says they will let me know and will keep my info in a file against Keith Robertson.

THIS people, is proof that when you act something can get done. If every person here would file a complaint against Keith to the DA via phone or website it would raise their eyebrows even more which would probably get to a quicker resolution or at the very least get his sorry ass in more trouble.

telephone: (520) 628-6504 to the DA or www.azag.gov where you can file a dispute with them about Keith. I haven't gave up on this yet. Visa is currently reviewing my case so hopefully they will credit me the money Keith stole from me then I will have to deal with PayPal which I intend to do as well.

Count me as well, mate. I just haven't said anything about it until now.

I've been following the thread over on HDD.com just to see what was going on, but nothing much has happened since people starting complaining a few weeks ago.

I won my PayPal claim, too, of course, but no money. I don't know how we're ever going to see that again. I've pretty much kissed it goodbye.

There's only so much you can do. He had fantastic feedback. Lots of members here, there and all over had dealt with him prior and had no problems. No reason not to trust him.

Just one of those things. You just never know, and it's a good reminder of the chance you take every time you buy from someone.

It looks like I was one of the lucky ones dealing with him. I bought a PS3 game (Resistance FOM) and paid through Paypal. He shipped it out to me pretty fast. Everything went as smooth as could be, except he never left me feedback for the transaction. A trivial thing, considering how many other people he appears to have ripped off though.
