The whole concept of Richard Pryor being a believable adversary much less a computer genius in Superman III.

The video game display of the missile attack on Superman in the Grand Canyon especially with the "Big Bertha" MX super missile at the end of the sequence. "Game Over"

The whole concept of the Nuclear Man in Superman IV. Talk about dumb concept and the guy playing the part can't act. His whole dialog in the movie can be summed up as "Destroy Superman" in a warped Gene Hackman voice.

The story is about a guy who fly around in his underwear and is indestructible, I would say all the moments in the movies don't make much sense Still they are fun movies

Yep, that took the cake for me too. Not to mention, moving the whole moon to block the sun, cutting of Nuclear Man's powers. WTF? Is that even possible for his given powers? Even so, wouldn't he have messed up all of Earth's tidal forces and caused mass destruction?

Didn't Nuclear man carry a woman into space on his back(think Tim Robbins in Mission To Mars)? Then didn't Superman fly her back to Earth(think re-entry)?

I always viewed the Earth spinning backwards as simply a visual effect to show that he was traveling backwards in time. Notice how the events that happened reversed as well? He went back to prevent Lois's death.
