The Panny 65" would be the way I'd go. If LCD is your preference you can look at THIS Sharp also for $3400 shipped. This one lacks the 120hz feature of the other one, but if that's not a feature you plan to use then save the cash and go with this one.

Those are better TV's, but the OP said it has to be 65". My vote is for the 65" Panny.
