these are the exact specifications of the Dutch Blu-Ray version of Terminator 2 Steel Book. I got this today for you guys picked. Everything you want to know is described here. Unfortunately there is no German subtitles or audio.
Note that this box is limited available. I do not know how the French version is like, this, unfortunately for you I can not figure out. I hope you now have enough information.

The Insurance doesn't cover Dents (As far as I recall). The Insurance is mainly for "loss during Transit" or "Gross Damage".

Is this a statement specific to blu-ray releases by Studio Canal? I know this is a blu-ray forum. But I also happened to own the 2-disk French release of T2 in HD-DVD format. This is definitely released by Studio Canal. One of the disk (can't remember which one, one disk is the Director Cut, the other being the Theatrical Cut) definitely has forced French subtitles when English audio is selected.

Let me test it again. I only watched the Director's Cut.
