Star Trek The Next Generation (with remastered SFX like TOS Blu-ray)
Star Trek Deep Space 9
Star Trek Voyager
Star Trek Enterprise
Stargate SG1 (with remastered SFX and converted to 16:9)
Stargate Atlantis
Garo (Japanese live action series; preferably with remastered SFX)
CSI Miami (I have a weak spot for the series and like the color palette they use)

Babylon 5

I guess that's about the top of my list so far ...

Babylon 5 but only if Warner cleans up the negative and completely redoes the CGI to HD resolution.

The Wonder Years.

How's that for switching it up? There are others that I'd like to see, of course (like the oft-mentioned The Office), but I never did pick up Xena on DVD and The Wonder Years is one of those great popular shows that people seem to forget about. I'd add both to my collection for sure.
