When it comes to the Star Wars movies, I've always liked "The Astroid Field" piece from The Empire Strikes Back.

Some other good scores are:

Jurrasic Park - Journey to the Island

RoboCop - Theme

Rocky Movies - Gonna Fly Now / Going the Distance / Redemption

I personally love The Terminator theme. I get all excited when I hear it in the Terminator: Salvation trailers... plus the TV series used it too.

The killing fields
However I just might be a little bias due to loving Mike Oldfield's music

Don't get me wrong, the Superman theme is awesome, as is most of Williams stuff, but i just wanted to throw out something that is a little more "forgotten."
