Seeing that he was born in '68, its kind of surprising to see that he was only 20-22 when hosting that show. Although when I was 5, even 16 year olds seemed old to me. I guess it was no different than Wild 'n Crazy Kids, which had pretty young hosts.

Yeah, Fun House was the not-as-successful attempt at Double Dare. I liked it, but I didn't love it like I did Double Dare. Fun House just always seemed to have that "rip off" feel to it...but it wasn't terrible either, just not as good. I'll take the physical challenge.

JK has pointed out that JD Roth is now the announcer and co-creator of The Biggest Loser. Shows how much (or little) TV I watch.
