assume we see a lot that way because it makes for an easier photoshop

I think there are basically three models that I have seen. The one I posted (that to be honest does not appear all that much)
the rotating model



which appears to be the most popular (image wise) since it is based on some plans that someone found (but I still don’t get the benefit of the rotating screen, a mic or speaker don’t need that amount of space )

and the slider



can't see why any of them would be easier or harder to photoshop.

the one you posted first is easier because all you have to do is cut/copy the screen above the psp and throw in a keyboard from a smartphone where the screen used to be.

at least the others posted have some originality to them

For some reason I don't see this happening unless Sony buys out Ericsson's share of the venture as it's been rumored.
