I didn't see it, but I'll have to check it out. I didn't start supporting Everton (or watching the EPL) until 1995, when they won their last FA Cup, so I wasn't aware of that tragedy to Liverpool back in the 80's. But it's nice to see fellow Liverpudlians support one another off the pitch (even if they're enemies on it).

That's what Liverpool as a city is like pulls together when times are tough , do you get over to Goodison for many games?

I'm a Hungarian guy living in the United States, so I haven't had too many chances to go to England to check out some matches. But, it is on my short list of things to do in the near future. And yes, I'm dying to go to Goodison Park to witness the Blues in person.

BTW, I just watched the speech, and it was very heart felt. Great to see the fans' reaction to it as well.

He got a great reception most the Kop stood up and applauded him he done a lot for the families of the 96 he came up with the idea for He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother which was played at Goodison before one of the games.

Rivalry on the pitch but off the pitch showed what a classy club Everton is.

we need a champions league place if we don't then wenger only has the summer to make big changes to the squad if he does not then its time to say enough arsene but I don't want to go another season without a trophy,eight years is a long time.
