Curious if this will be the same steelbook released in other regions, or will Best Buy finally offer a steel that isn't available anywhere else as it's been a while since they did that, unless I missed something along the way.

I don't think it is a preorder empty case, looks like movie inside the case. Well at least based off the price tag online.

that's not true. look at Snow White.

best buy does pre-orders for Viva cases.

technically not true either, they did do a preorder case for ghost rider steelbook which wasn't a viva case

Should automatically change for In-Store Pickup. My ET DigiBook rang up 24.99 without me having to do/say anything.

Online and shipped to home, you would have to call back in and get the price adjusted.
