Boobs, Nipples, Butt Cheeks

I am watching Apocalypto right now. This film boasts brilliant PQ and AQ, stunning scenery, outstanding costumes and make-up - and a progressive James Newton Howard score.

However, I think it goes overboard with its revealing shots of boobs, nipples and butt cheeks. Don't get me wrong -- I suppose it is historically accurate. Yet somehow, this movie - amidst the horrors of brutality and inhumane treatment -- went off the richter scale for showing too much "T and A." After all, this is a DISNEY release!

There isn't another Blu-ray release that I can think of that shows this much raw human flesh. I guess director Mel Brooks (correction; MEL GIBSON) figured the movie would be a bigger hit by showing unlimited boobs, nipples and butt cheeks.

What do you think? Is it too much?
