It is on video as well and can be seen all over social media. You are not alone in saying it but watch the video and listen to the beginning of his statement and clearly says "this is not an official announcement but".

Screenrant lol. That site is one of the absolute worst phishing sites there is, disguised as a somewhat "serious" movie site. Just avoid that trash.
