While I saw Guardians of the Galaxy at the IMAX, seeing it on 3D Blu-ray brought the attention to 3D to the forefront and it rocked.

Just watched Dredd 3D. Good movie but I thought the 3D was pretty bad.

Excellent 3D in parts, especially in the legendary Quicksilver kitchen sequence. Love the film as it is, but I still am curious about the "Rogue Cut," and will be seeing that when it is released, despite it being 2D-only.

Loved this one!! The car racing scenes were the best parts of the 3D presentations. Had some nice pan out shots as well. Depth and dimension were really good. Had a couple of nice pop out scenes. ................. Again a worthy 3D import to own. Movie was a lot better than I was expecting.
Have to agree with this.
When viewed on Christmas for relatives with a Panasonic 65" 3D VT25, I heard awesome exclamations from the group as to how real this looked! The 3D Blu-ray player was optimized with a four Darbee Darblet chain going into the Display enhancing the volume and depth information. The 3D could not have looked naturally stronger to me without going beyond a natural/real-world space boundary look.

What an AWESOME 3D presentation!!! Love the pop outs, dimension, and depth in this one. Detail was really sharp. Must own for 3D fans

Watched Peabody And Sherman

Better than I was expecting with decent to good 3D. 3D was pleasant enough to add to the film...but if you saw it in 2D....your not going to be missing much. Nice to see in 3D....but not a must, imo.

Region A import from Japan. About 85 minutes long.

Great 3D. A lot of scenes were comparable to Sammy's depth and popout.
This is a very slow documentary in which a crew treks across Africa from coast to coast in a jeep and a hot air balloon.
I didn't mind it, but the wife didn't care for the long periods of dullness.

As usual, wide shots exhibited little dimensionality, but close-ups and object placement shots were very exceptional. Ben Stassen really "gets" 3D!
Once again, $40 for this from Japan is just too much. Hopefully a lower cost Region A version becomes available so that more folks can give it a look.

The 3D was good. However I did get a little bored.

Last night I viewed "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" which had similar 3D quality to "Open Season" and "Monster House". Good, effective, solid, but there are better 3D animated movies out there. 3D rating = 7/10

Just now watched "StreetDance" which is sort of like the British "Step-Up" but with much worse choreography and acting. The 3D isn't as good as the 3D "Step-Up" movies I've seen (3 and 4) either, but not to worry, as still above average. 3D rating = 7/10

The last two 3D Blu-Rays I have bought and expect to arrive from Amazon.com. The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (Theatrical) and The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug (Theatrical) I also have Kinect for Xbox 360 and Kinect Star Wars.

Watched StreetDance 2 which was better than the first, but again, not up to "Step-Up" standards. Much better choreography, much more polished editing, slightly more depth to the 3D and a couple of sneaky pop outs. Film: 5/10, 3D: 8/10.

Region B, French DTS-HD Master Audio with forced English subtitles.

Special interest:

A visual-sensory experience where the 3D is the strongest I've ever experienced. IMO, the 3D has been filmed with various degrees of normal-to-extreme interaxial (a.k.a. “Stereo Base”)-camera lens distances, making the intensity beyond lifelike and causing occasional discomfort to this avid experienced enthusiast.
Left and Right images occasionally have different screen views at the same time for a surreal contradiction of what is intended to be real or imagined. This forces the viewer to focus on one-or-the-other eye-view to make conscious sense of artistic intent.

There are brief full-frontal 3D moments, both female and male in the French culture-movement tradition depicting affair involvement.

Occasional choices, using intense views of Color, hight-contrast, and an occasional canine builds and expresses the surreal message intentions for what matters; war, peace, life, conflict, death.

Just watched The Three Musketeers. Say what you like about Paul W.S. Anderson, but the man knows how to make a movie in 3D. Breathtaking.

Hadn't watched any movies in a while as I have been ploughing my way through The walking dead series which I had never seen before.
