Maybe I should finally get back on. I've been working in so many solo games (Portal 2 right now). I still haven't actually *played* the first two "expansion" maps, and can't even remember if I got the chance to d/l the other new maps before the Great Crash of '11. Might fix my jonesin' for some FPS action that Portal just isn't solving (pun intended.)

I'll be back on Killzone 3 this weekend! I was going to finish off Infamous Platinum but I may just have a KZ3 all nighter instead We've still not had a clan match yet

I haven't really played in a long while as well, and I've yet to try multiplayer again since it felt like I couldn't play worth a damn when there wasn't a good rotation of anything, up until the fix....double XP should be convincing enough for me to join up at some point....the only crappy part is I've yet to find good players I want to keep playing with....I've been paired with so many random players, it's hard to keep that consistency with them....

Is Partridge even still playing? What is an "All nighter" for you? You're in Europe, right? I'm generally up until 7am or so US Central time, and get up around 6ish, but that's the time the Euros are all in bed. I can play "all night" here since that's my work schedule

1.09 has updated the trophy list to now include Radec Academy, Tharsis Depot, Lente Missile Base, and Mobile Factory.

UPDATE--The dlc pack is called "From the Ashes" and brings over 13 bronze trophies with it. That's a grand total of 79 trophies!

Yes, he was on Killzone the other night. An 'All Nighter' for me will probably from around 7pm until about 3am GMT. I'm not sure on time differences but I'll keep an eye out for you coming online and the send you an invite if you fancy a couple of games.

There seem to be some gameplay (visual) changes too.

1. As a non-medic, when I am mortally wounded I see the little health symbol above my body. Pretty sure that's new
2. When killed by a mech, the little indicator in the left side of the screen now shows that (instead of the generic skull)

Also I've had a couple freezing problems lately where the game will freeze (I think for everyone) for about 5 seconds and then resume. I think it's for everyone because if it freezes with someone on my screen, then 5 seconds starts working again, that person is in the same spot still.

I'm not sure if these came with 1.09 or if I just missed them from another update

Yeah i noticed the medic symbol and im getting the freezing issue too

Yeah Brandon's right. When you download the free Playstation Plus Steel Rain pack it gives a popup right before the download that says as long as you have an active plus account your maps are valid. Once plus is ended they are deactivated.

I suggest getting it and playing the hell out of the maps this weekend, get the trophies and if you still want it after 30 days, make the purchase.

Apparently it's Europe only, as I'm still getting 100exp per kill, 150 explosive/melee, 25 assist, 50 revive, and nothing showing more at the end of the match.

I played for 5 hours earlier, and didn't get any freezes (even temporary.)

Something I noticed: Bots in Botzone die a lot faster than humans do online. Is this purely a "lag" problem? I had a few issues with shooting two people while my crosshairs were red and killing neither.
