The entire "Cloverfield" movie should be a vote. That movie has some serious sub 20hz LFE!

ps...MAN would I LOVE to win this subwoofer for my dedicated home theater!

This contest is so cool!

I think the one that really comes to mind for me is when they use Tesla's machine for the first time in The Prestige. The bass is just so powerful, every time I watch that film, I grab onto my seat and just hold still.

Then after that, I'd say my second favorite is the Ironhide flip.

I'd likely have chosen the U-571 'Depth Charge' scene if I'd heard it on BD, but I went with 'The Dark Knight - Lower Wacker (Tunnel Chase & Tractor Trailer Flip)' scen. Just powerful, controlled bass that runs a good range of LFE.

I considered the 'Transformers - Ironhide Flip (Bass Sweep)', which is a good demo, but there's very little above 25Hz the whole scene and wasn't enough information IMO to prove to be my favorite subwoofer scene... -TD

I love the Ironhide scene in the transformer,I have a excellent subwoofer,I owned a teufal 1200series subwoofer with THxUltra2 certification,when i crank up the volume it will put a smile on your face like the day is your birthday.I would not mind having another sub but the one I have will go with the best of them and yes it from germany Like the beo&olufsen boys.I am proud

It is too bad Step Up 2: The Streets isnt on there. The final scene is constant bass and knocks everything from my tables. If I want to show someone what my sub can do, that is the Blu I pop in. The flip is great because I wasnt expecting it and even my jaw hit the floor!

Sooooooo many good bass cuts out of the 285+HDM's I have, but ultimately have to go with the sub sonic, bone crushing, slab shacking U571 Depth Charges...just Awesome!!!
