It would not surprise me. I wouldn't know exactly what to do with that extremely useful information.

Well, 20% of the people in my house are vegetarian so I'll let you draw your own conclusions from that.

fist of all I don't care (I don't subscribe to streaming) and I am always pro people having choices so honestl I don't care either way. But if you bothered reading I explained very clearly why it is useless.

Like you I know the answer we have discussed it in the past. I just could not bother to get the numbers from them that show the huge difference between real world and bad survey question world results.

You apply it to the graph. They aren't using AVOD or SVOD as their most popular streaming service isn't either. So don't know/no opinion would be the correct response.

Either you present FACTS that state that the chart results are no good or accept them and move on.

Over here it's a lot worse. You can't even skip ads from a recorded program anymore.

Yes, they have pretty good deals on physical media. I've gotten several 4K discs from them at great prices. They're complete, as well, so if it has a slipcover, BD, digital code, it will be included with purchase.

I hope for your sake it doesn't.

Apparently they did some research over here where it became clear almost everyone was skipping ads. Then the companies that were paying for the ads started complaining to the cable company.
After that something was implemented that makes you unable to fast forward during the ads. Horrible practice.

I sure do. But I am doubting that you do. Better look it up.

I don't see any links or charts. You do realize that Peacock, Paramount+, MAX and Hulu all offer AVODs.

Why are you obsessed with Disney+ and Netflix?

obviously you don't since straw man does not mean someone with a math degree explaining why in his stats courses and courses on how to build a proper survey a vague question like the one asked is useless and so any chart derived from it.

not obsessed, Disney (which includes Hulu and disney+) and Netflix are the two biggest players and we have discussed their numbers in the past so we both now it is not even close to an even split let alone the ad being higher. As for the rest if you have something that shows for them it is vastly differently please show us.

Lee,

Can you heckle one of my posts again?

I feel nothing except I'm impressed with it just being pointless. I think I'm immune now to your antagonistic style that recently earned you an overdue ban.

So, ... If you would zing me again a couple of times. (Use this post if needed or I posted a few more) I want to think I've learned I can take your posts for what they are worth.

Why do you think Vr is so interesting to investors - Eye tracking.

Want to use the bathroom? .... your ads will be waiting for when you come back.

These are your words:

Quote:
let me explain why such charts (surveys) are useless. If I were to ask would you
And THAT is the beginning of a Straw Man Argument:

Straw man argument is the distortion of someone else’s argument to make it easier to attack or refute. Instead of addressing the actual argument of the opponent, one may present a somewhat similar but not equal argument.

No - Netflix is the biggest player. Then comes Amazon Prime. MAX is bigger than Disney+ because HBO is included. Disney is 4th and that doesn't include Hulu.

I have already produced a chart from a reputable source. You have produced jack shit.
