Liked the first 2 episodes, but for the love of god

[Show spoiler]They really made a dog's dinner of the whole thing. Why didn't they plan to take over one of the transport ships once it was in hyperspace and perhaps got 20x the amount of spoils?

Yeah, that could have been a multi-episode mini-movie arc of a few episodes that paid off for them and the viewers, but they went off-road with it and it was ultimately wasted. The only thing that came of it is that the Empire now knows they are alive, even if they are keeping it on the down-low and aren't intending to do anything about it for the time being. At the very least, we know this is heading towards a Clone Rebellion and that war chest moolah could have helped buy some hope for the good guys of The Bad Batch and their Clone Wars brothers, even though we know they will be long gone by the time Rebels rolls around. I suspect that's why Rex goes into hiding, in the aftermath of the unsuccessful Clone Rebellion.
