I have a Best Buy credit card so of course I didn't get the e-mail and I have no issues, LOL. Saying packaging your item and arriving by Tuesday.

I went into full panic mode yesterday when I tried to check my order status and it said I did not have any orders in my account history. I even tried entering the order number and it said the same thing. I got in touch with a Customer Service person who confirmed my order and said I had entered it as a Guest instead of under my account. It was still under the same email address as my account, which made no sense to me, but he assured me it is still set for Tuesday delivery and there was nothing wrong.

once you're in the account page and click the order it should be a blue link top right that says like "payment information"

i got that same email, but my order says it is being packaged for Tuesday arrival.
I paid for mine with a BB gift card and the card they just charged for Scream and Lego Star Wars. There was also no issue when they charged me for Eternals, which was a part of the same order. Gonna have a chat w/ BB support later to confirm that it was processed because I see no issues with my payment info on my end. |

You should be able to update your payment method by clicking on the "Hi XXXX", click on Payment Methods, and click the EDIT button at the bottom of the credit card you want to update. Don't know if anything else is required is you received the email that you did. Hope this helps.

I had to call, they had no idea why the payment wasn't going through. I had to use a different card, and it went though. Now it's in preparing to ship arriving by Thursday. >
