Nice! I think I'm Rank 3.5 for Vanguard. I need about 100 more Vanguard Marks to get that Legendary Rifle. I have Bad Juju, and Universal Remote as primary exotics, then I have the VOC, and Super Pox VLO as Legendary primary weapons. One thing I'm lacking is Heavy weapons. The only I have is Corrective Measure which I believe I acquired after last week's Raid run.

I hope Xur has a chest armor for my Hunter.

Big thanks to Mega_deth and Megadeth Jr. for babysitting me through Nightfall yesterday! My weapons did absolutely nothing against the higher level enemies. Luckily I got that new fangled Monte Carlo AR I can't wait to test that out tonight. Maybe next time I can actually deal some damage.

Cool. I'll look for you later tonight and the weekend. I was wanting to knock out the nightfall, but I don't have any decent void weapons aside from a rocket launcher. I could probably grind through on my own, but that will most likely take hours. Having Aetheon's Epilogue made that run sooooo much easier. Unfortunately, I don't expect to see one of those for some time!

My friend just posted up our VOG run last night, just over 1 hour with chests. I think we dropped Atheon in 3 rounds if I remember. Hope you guys enjoy it.

Good Lord did I pick the wrong exotic bounty. I picked the one where you speak to the Warlord master, and after beating part 1 in about an hour (complete 5 strikes without dying) she gave me part 2: earn 25 more kills than deaths in a crucible match.

I could play for a thousand years and never get that kind of spread.

It doesn't count for just one match though. Assists also count towards your kills.

I'm on my 3rd, but I never really payed attention on how you get the Exoctic weapons bounty. Is it a number of regular bounties you've completed or do they just pop up?

I finished 1 last weekend, and working 2 more at the moment.

RNG, as I understand it. I've not gotten a single Exotic bounty.

ya I finally got my first exotic bounty a few days ago. I have never found an exotic weapon and only found a legendary rocket launcher for weapons.. Now I need 10 rare fusion rifles and I haven't found a single one in a few days of farming

will be looking for a weekly heroic group at 4PM EST because I need one more coin incase Xur sells a weapon I want.

Unfortunately I'll only have about an hour or so to play until the wife gets home

I may just try and solo the low level one. Me and a few friends were really close to finishing the nightfall yesterday but we had to stop. Ofcourse I leveled to 27 after which woulda made a big difference I think...

Man I haven't popped in this forum much lately.

* This week's Nightfall isn't particularly hard, aside from the laser mesh holdout. It IS possible to solo this, but extremely frustrating due to the multiple Captains with their arc element shields. My best advice is to bring either a cluster-bomb Void rocket launcher or a void machine gun (since it's Void burn, you can simply overwhelm the shield).

* Bring an Ice Breaker. You can snipe the Fallen Walker from across the map - enter the zone with the walker to spawn him, and then walk back to the very entrance; there is a spot at the doorway where you can snipe at his legs. Even after the legs are broken, keep hitting them for extra damage. 100% safe, as he can not "see" you to hit you from that far back, and none of the enemies spawn in that area.

* The room on the left as you're entering the zone for Sepiks Prime is mostly safe. Once in a while you'll get a dreg or two that runs in, but grenades should keep them at bay. Otherwise just snipe at Sepiks any time he's visible from the window.
