Also, where is that Reborn documentary? When I bought the steelbook, I saw the employee at the register decline "Reborn" when it popped up on their register. I asked her why she did that and she didn't know.

Didn't see a cowl version at Best Buy. After RZ coupons I got the steel book for $5 and some change.

I liked the trilogy box set on DVD with the lenticular cover..too bad the Blu-ray trilogy didn't have that..

I had a friend call me around 6 asking if I bought my copy yet. They only had two left where he went. Are they really moving that fast?

B for Batman. That way you can keep any old Batman's and any next Batman's together and arrange them all chronologically.

No New Transfers, period - and there probably won't be any for next year's (not so) Ultimate Edition either (but that's conjecture). Maybe for the 4K Edition.

I just wanted to say that I have not been this excited to see a Blu-ray in a long time, probably since I have only seen The Dark Knight Rises once and never on my system. My neighbors will enjoy it as well because both houses on each side of my house have reported hearing my subwoofer as well as some treble in their homes. My system is pretty darn capable and my first viewing of The Dark Knight Rises will be at reference levels or better for sure.

[Show spoiler]BTW I have told both neighbors that I cannot do anything about what they are hearing because my home is well built and insulated and that they had better insulate their homes better or get a home out in the middle of nowhere if they don't want to ever hear any neighbors.

I need confirmation so I can have proof before I shoot an email to Vudu's tech support.

Lol haven't seen that, but man does that cowl look cheap and plastic-y...I always try to imagine what the factory workers in China are thinking as they make that stuff, such as a broken Batman mask on a plastic base lol.

Can't happen. Next year's calendars are already in stores.
And after looking at the new Sports Illustrated calendar, there's no way the world will end in 2012 !!!!

I don't usually open up my releases right away, but I wanted to check out the Bat Cowl, so I popped in the movie just to check out the IMAX scenes.

Man oh man, absolutely incredible. Some of the best looking stuff I've ever seen on Blu-Ray. Watching it on a 120hz TV at 24fps isn't half bad, either. My TV is still fairly new so I've barely even gotten used to that yet.

Regular scenes look good, but they're not great.

I also popped in the DVD just for laughs in terms of quality comparison, since a friend of mine recently told me she couldn't see the difference. I swear, you have to be nearly blind.
