that's a vague question considering it 100% relies on whoever sells it and how they choose to ship it. so yes and no.

If you order from Sideshow Collectibles, yes. Someone in the household needs to sign for the delivery. If nobody is there to sign, you have a chance to reschedule with the delivery company (FedEx in my case) or go pick it up at your local facility.

Mine ends up with UPS because of where I live, its close to Sideshow's actual HQ and warehouse. I basically get overnight delivery but UPS is a pain in the butt to deal with if I miss their shipments.

Fought with them over the phone over my Selina Kyle because they refused to hold it at the UPS office near me for pickup. A supervisor finally overrode all the "procedures" and had it waiting for me the next morning.

FedEx isn't much better for me either. They try to deliver once, if you don't reschedule/pick-up at office within 48 hours it gets sent back.

Ugh, sounds like a pain. I work second shift so that makes it even harder for me.

If you order from Sideshow Collectibles you have to be there to sign for it. The only exception is if you sign a waiver and fax it into them. Otherwise depending on the carrier you can choose to have things re-routed to another address or to the local depot to be picked up or to just waive the signature required. I use UPS My Choice and have been able to avoid signing for packages that way. I live in a fairly small town so its easy for me to just go to the local UPS depot and pick up my items.

The first time I used UPS My Choice I was sort of confused by it because the instructions are sort of vague if you choose to pick up your item from the depot. My Black Widow figure wound up sitting there for like a week and a half or so because I tried just changing the order to have it rescheduled for delivery and they thought it was lost somehow. You have to go to the depot and there should be a customer entrance and in the case of mine they're only open for like a half hour at night. Not sure how it works with FedEx or other carriers but I would imagine it would be similar.

I don't know about this one. I am not digging the pants at all! Looks like he is wearing yoga pants to me. Passing on this one.

I hope that doesn't imply what I think it does.

[Show spoiler]

You do know the "pants' are a tiny spoiler for Age of Ultron, Tony Stark develops the special piece of clothing to keep Banner's dignity.

I can't afford multiple figures of the same character in my collection since I want so many characters. And my Iron Man Avengers Mark VII 1/6th scale figure is plenty.

Me three. I really wanted the Golden Age CA but he's way to overpriced on ebay now. I really like this figure though. Are you, or anyone else on here, going for the entire Ultron movie collection?
