Basically, go to the group buy subforum a little before the groupbuy is stated to start. Refresh the page and when the groupbuy thread opens up, post inside saying 1x (Edition Type) to (Location ex.USA). Each edition will have it's own thread (Ex. One click thread, Double Lenti thread, etc...)

There is ZERO chance that Kevin meant “only members who have never ordered from me before” when using the term “new member.” He is clearly referring to people who haven’t already secured a copy before the group buy.

I think new member means anyone who does not already have a copy secured from BP transfer or VIP request?

Someone who has Black Panther and did NOT transfer payment should still be eligible for this group buy. This is also for those who do not have Black Panther.
