You should be able to update your payment method by clicking on the "Hi XXXX", click on Payment Methods, and click the EDIT button at the bottom of the credit card you want to update. Don't know if anything else is required is you received the email that you did. Hope this helps.

Couldn't see it so I ended up just calling customer support. They were saying my card was being declined and I have no idea why. Just gave the guy a different card over the phone. Now I need to figure out why my other credit card is being declined!

At least it's all set now.

Yesterday something told me to check my order because I didn't see any movement. Checked my bank no charges. So I decided to re enter my payment info just case. Lo and behold couple hours later I get a charge and a tracking #. Then I come on here and see people having issues. Weird...I'm still using the same card I used for the preorder too so double check your orders! Would suck for it to get canceled because of that.

First the Zavvi Steelbook I ordered arrived dented, then I received notification that Best Buy is shipping mine through the mail also. Who knows what condition that one is going to arrive in?

Hope everyone ordered at least two copies cause if you get a dented one your going to be SoL with this release. For those that missed out hoping for in store pickup its best to assume that popular movies wont be available for in store pickup (at 10pm pst the night before release) so always preorder just in case. Moreover order atleast 2 copies (bestbuy) to increase odds of getting a mint/near mint steelbook so your not stuck empty handed or with a damaged steelbook thats sold out that your conflicted about returning (or even worse just keep to have a copy). Also order them separately otherwise they will ship in the same box with minimal bubble wrap and just smash each other up in transit and youll be stuck with 2 damaged sold out steelbooks to return

theyve been shipping in boxes pretty consistently now

It seems all the damaged returned steelbooks at the store level finally effected the bottom line enough for corporate to do something about the terrible packaging.

My problem is with it being sent through the post office. The Zavvi Steelbook came through there and arrived with a big fat dent in the box. I don’t understand why they sent my Scream 2022 4K Steelbook in a padded box using UPS but are trusting this to the post office.

The cardboard mailer zaavi uses are actually really good, much like actual record mailers they do a good job of protecting the product as long as the person packages it properly in the box. if you get a damaged steelbook from zaavi and the outside white mailer doesnt look bent or damaged then most likely it was already damaged when they boxed it and sent it too you. The problem with zaavi is their warehouse workers dont care if the product is damaged they will simply box it and ship it too you anyway hoping you will keep it with the 10-15% discount they offer you

What the hell, Best Buy? Mine says "Arriving by Thursday". I preordered it like the first hour it was on the site. Best Buy really doing their best to drive me away as of late. Hope they wrong and it arrives on time.

I mean could be lots of people who don't update payments in time and boom theres 50-100 online copies back up for sale but yeah this looks like a disaster on all fronts.

Ordered 2 steels separately on 27th Dec. Both shipped separately via UPS. However UPS shows each pkg weighs .5lb. There's no way a 2disc steelbook with packing is only .5lb. I'm sure it's coming in a crappy mailer.
