Actually, going by Rotten Tomatoes, which is the only real way to check something like that claim, they're in the majority.

78% critics liked it.
57% audience liked it.

Either way you look at it, the majority of people liked Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

That website posts a lot of things...I'm honestly not sure of the legitimacy of it...But it wouldn't be surprising if what they said happened to be true. Honestly though, everything they seem to post seems more like fan wishes that they here on forums than actual information.

Am I the only one scratching their head if this is in fact true? I get that SW is Lucas' creation and everything, but.....he just sold SW and Lucasfilm to Disney. Why would he still have final say on how the script or anything else Ep.VII-related and beyond turns out?

I've read his original script for the Felicity pilot episode and thought it was great...But yeah that's an episode of television.

Details of the sale conditions were never revealed. Who knows, there might be a clause in the purchase agreement for such a thing. For a 4 billion sale you want to put everything on paper, it might be as thick as a movie script. There might even be a clause to prevent any kind of release of the unaltered original trilogy.

Don't ever buy a car from Lucas. He'll want to keep the title in his name, drive it anytime he wants, and park it in his driveway. You'll have to pay for the insurance and all repairs, plus wash it once a week of course. Because it's your car after all.
