I went ahead and preordered this bad boy. I don't typically spend that much on a single release, but by god it sounds worth every penny. I may not get the Friday The 13th collection in time for Halloween, but this sure as hell is a fantastic substitute.

I read where someone mentioned "two weeks before" for DD orders, so maybe our cards will be charged around the 13th or 14th of this month?

Yeah, no idea, but I get the feeling that it's probably going to be 1080p in the end, just highly compressed. Let's just hope all the static background images during the interviews will help with the compression.

Well there are 4 discs so im guessing it will be a digi-pack.

More like housed in a 3 disc case and the fourth disc will be in a paper envelope.

As stated they aren't a big company so I don't see them making a digipak.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the Friday the 13th films, but if someone could kind of tell me more about this I would probably buy it.

7 hour documentary on the series. It's an original production. It's broken up into 12 chapters covering each film.

Probably not a digipak, although that would a great bonus, but perhaps a 4-disc amaray case?

Just pulled the tigger. Not sure how much replay value this will have but at 7 hours (excluding bonus features) and I can give the DVD to my brother, it is a no brainer really.
